At PureBliss Psychiatry, our services are grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and collaboration. Care is never one-size-fits-all—each treatment plan is tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experience.
A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive, collaborative assessment that forms the foundation of all effective treatment. During your first visit (typically 60–90 minutes) we review your current symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, family history, social supports, sleep and appetite patterns, substance use, previous treatments and medications, and any functional or safety concerns.
I use evidence-based screening tools and clinical interviewing to build a clear diagnostic picture and identify priorities for care. By the end of the evaluation you will receive a clear summary of findings, a working diagnosis (if applicable), and a personalized treatment plan that outlines short- and long-term goals, recommended therapies and/or medications, expected timelines, and follow-up steps.
The evaluation is a safe space to ask questions, share your story, and collaborate on a plan that fits your life.
Our medication services include careful evaluation, prescribing when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring to ensure the safest and most effective treatment possible.
This may include:
Supportive therapy offers a compassionate, practical space to process emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen resilience. Unlike more directive or long-term psychotherapies, supportive therapy focuses on immediate, real-world concerns and evidence-based strategies to reduce distress.
Sessions may include teaching stress-reduction techniques, grounding exercises for anxiety or dissociation, behavioral activation for low mood, problem-solving for relationship or work stressors, and skills to manage anger or overwhelm. Supportive therapy complements medication and can be short-term or ongoing depending on your needs.
The goal is to help you feel more stable, capable, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Effective psychiatric care is iterative: treatment is adjusted as you progress. Follow-up appointments are used to review symptom changes, monitor medication effects, reinforce therapeutic skills, and revise the treatment plan.
These visits allow us to celebrate gains, troubleshoot setbacks, and plan next steps—whether that’s a medication change, referral to specialty therapy (e.g., EMDR, CBT), or coordination with a primary care physician. Follow-up care emphasizes continuity, safety, and measurable progress so that your treatment remains responsive and effective over time.
All services are provided through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to receive consistent, high-quality care from the comfort of your own space.
